History
envision was established in 2000 by Rachael Lewis a Business Psychologist and Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
She previsously worked as a Senior Consultant and Trainer to a wide range of blue chip clients with business psychology consultancy OPP Ltd, She also spent several years employed in the public sector, where she worked alongside the HR director on a number of strategic HR projects.

The team
Rachael Lewis – Director
Rachael Lewis is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has over 18 years consultancy experience in Coaching, Leadership Development & Assessment. She spent 3 years at OPP Ltd where she was a Principal Consultant and Practice Area Manager for Assessment and Development Centres. She also worked in the public sector on a number of strategic HR projects for the Employment Service (now jobcentre plus). She continues to provide expert training in the use of personality instruments and she is a member of the MBTI™ Faculty. She is particularly skilled in process consulting and provides a high level coaching service to individuals and senior teams. She also facilitates meetings and provides insights into their effectiveness. In her spare time Rachael campaigns on issues of local interest (Click here for more information), is Vice Chair of a School Governing Body and is one of only seven Governor Champions in Greater Manchester (assisting schools which are at risk).
